Maharashtra Arogya Vibhag Qualification Details

Qualification for the post of House and Linen Keeper – (i) Have passed Secondary Certificate Examination conducted by a Divisional Board under the Maharashtra Secondary and Higher Secondary Boards Act. (ii) Have previous experience in house keeping.
Qualification for the post of Laboratory Scientific Officer – Degree in Science with main subject Physics or Chemistry or Zoology or Botany or Micro biology. Preference will be given to Post Graduate Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from Halfkeen Institute or recognised institute OR B.Sc in Bio Medical Technology from Pune University.
Qualification for the post of Laboratory Assistant – SSC passed with science but preference will be given to the candidates those having H.Sc with Physics or Chemistry subject and thereafter obtained Diploma in Laboratory Technician.
Qualification for the post of X-Ray Scientific Officer – Degree in Science with Physics, Chemistry or Biology OR H.Sc and Technical course in X-Ray Technician with minimum five years experience in Hospital as X-Ray Technician OR Degree in Radiology.
Qualification for Blood Bank Scientific Officer – – Degree in Science with main subject Physics or Chemistry or Zoology or Botany or Micro biology. Preference will be given to Post Graduate Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from Halfkeen Institute or recognised institute OR B.Sc in Bio Medical Technology from Pune University.
Qualification for Pharmacist – SSC passed and D. Pharma with registered in Maharashtra Pharmacy Council under Maharashtra Pharmacy Act.
Qualification for Deitition – Possess B.Sc (Home Science) degree of a statutory University.
Qualification ECG Technician – A Science degree with Physics/Chemistry/Biology subjects or equivalent.
Qualification for Dental Mechanic – (i) Have passed Senior Secondary School certificate examination and (ii) have passed the Detnal Mechanic course conducted by Govt. Dental College & Hospital at Bombay or at Nagpur or by any institution in India recognized by Govt. and approved by the Dental council of India.
Qualification for Nurse – B.Sc (Nursing) or equivalent
Qualification for Driver – (i) Under Motor Vehicle Act, 1988 driving licence for light/heavy vehicle. (ii) SSC exam passed (iii) Minimum three years experience (iv) Knowledge of vehicle repairing. (v) Physical fitness to drive heavy vehicle.
