Mahapariksha Water Resources Department JE Civil Exam Pattern – The paper will be Computer Based Test. The paper consist of total 100 objective questions for 200 marks and time duration is 90 minutes. Please note that there will be no negative marking. Number of questions subject wise is given below –
General English – 10 questions
General Marathi – 10 questions
General Knowledge – 10 questions
Mental Ability – 10 questions
Technical Knowledge – 60 questions
Subject wise syllabus is given below –
English – Similar Words, Opposite Words, Common Vocabulary, Sentence structure, Grammar use of idioms and phrases and their meaning and comprehension of passage.
Marathi – समानार्थी शब्द, विरुद्धार्थी शब्द तसेच सर्वसामान्य शब्दसंग्रह, वाक्य रचना, व्याकरण, म्हणी व वाक्यप्रचार यांचा अर्थ आणि उपयोग तसेच उतारवरचील प्रश्नांचे उत्तर
General Knowledge – चालू घडामोडी (जागतिक तसेच भारतातील), इतिहास विशेषतः महाराष्ट्राचा, महाराष्ट्राचा भूगोल, भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था, भारतीय राज्यव्यवस्था तसेच पर्यावरण
Logical Ability – Logical Reasoning.
Civil Engineering (Diploma Level) – Building Construction & Materials, mechanics, strength of materials, theory of structures, structural analysis and steel structures, concert technology, design of reinforced concert structures, Pre-stressed concrete construction planning and Management, Surveying, Estimating, Costing and valuation irrigation engineering, Hydraulics & fluid mechanics, Geo-technical engineering, transportation & highway engineering, docks, harbours and airports environmental engineering.
